1Account creation

• You must be at least 18 years old to use UrbannCity.
• You must provide accurate, up-to-date information when registering.
• You are responsible for the security of your account and credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or close an account in the event of abuse or violation of these terms.

2Platform use

By using UrbannCity, you agree to:

• use the platform lawfully and respectfully
• not post misleading, illegal, or fraudulent content
• not impersonate another person
• not attempt to circumvent security systems
• not use bots, automated scripts, or unauthorized scraping techniques

Any abusive behavior may result in account suspension or deletion.

3Publishing listings

By publishing a listing, you confirm that:

• the information provided is accurate (price, photos, availability, conditions)
• you have the right to publish the property or represent its owner
• the images and descriptions used belong to you or are authorized

UrbannCity reserves the right to edit, remove, or suspend a listing if it does not comply with platform rules.

4Free listing limit

Each user may publish up to 3 free listings.

Once this limit is reached:

• you will no longer be able to publish free listings
• you must subscribe to Urbann Plus to continue publishing

Deleting a listing does not reset this limit. If you published 3 listings and then deleted them, the free limit is still considered used.

5Subscription and payments

Some platform features require a paid subscription.

• Prices are clearly displayed before payment confirmation.
• Payments are processed by secure third-party providers.
• UrbannCity does not store full card details.

Subscriptions may be renewed under the terms indicated at the time of purchase.

6Account deletion

Users may delete their account at any time.

After deletion:

• the information associated with the account is deleted
• the account can be restored during a 30-day window

After 30 days without reconnecting, the account is permanently deleted.

7Abuse prevention

To protect the platform:

• disposable or temporary email addresses are not accepted
• phone numbers must be valid
• creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits may result in restrictions

UrbannCity may limit or block certain features in the event of abusive use.

8Liability

UrbannCity is a platform that connects users and property owners.

We are not responsible for:

• transactions between users
• contracts or agreements concluded between parties
• information published by users

Each user remains responsible for their interactions and decisions.

9Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as needed. In the event of a significant change, users will be notified through the platform or by email.
